Stephen Graham has a bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Rehabilitation and possesses various other health and medical qualifications aimed at the treatment and management of musculoskeletal injuries. Stephen is also a fully qualified personal trainer and (MMA) mixed martial arts fitness instructor, he also has many years of experience in the art of Thai-boxing.
Stephen has and delivers successful fitness workshops in the community. It is a well-known fact that stress is a big factor affecting all age groups, leading to poor health and hinders true potential. Having personal experience of stress related anger as a youth, Stephen understands the importance of the need to transform such energy for more positive and beneficial use. The partnership between health and fitness is inseparable and the benefits cannot only change a life, but can save a life.
