Fitness For All

As a part of community outreach Stephen Graham offers 1-1 sessions and group classes to encourage a healthier lifestyle. Stephen has delivered successful programmes for both statutory and non-statutory organisation, as well as community groups. Frequent exercise is known to reduce stress and increase general health within all age groups. Stress is one of the biggest killers within society, it manifests in many ways and on many levels. The trigger or reactive affects caused by stress can be physiologically, (muscle tension, aches, pains) psychologically, (depression,low self-esteem/motivation) and or emotionally. (anger, snapping) It’s not impossible for an individual to have a mild degree of all three. There are numerous health benefits gained by regular exercise and treatments such as massages, fascia release and cupping.

There is an alarming number of youths diagnosed with stress related mental health. This is problematic; the cause can be attributed to a single, or multiple factors in their lives. Stephen understands this all to well; due to his own experience as a youth. Having turned his life around, he uses his first hand experience, knowledge and empathic approach to deliver more than just a fitness workshop, but a bonding workshop based on communication and positive reinforcement. Stephen has delivered kickboxing and fitness sessions as a self-disciplinary programme in schools and in PRU’s addressing;

  • Anger Management
  • Stress Reduction
  • Confidence Building
  • Obesity
  • As part of 1-1 mentoring services and small group sessions
